🏍 Riders

Registration and check-in run from 9:00–10:00 AM at Chicago Harley-Davidson in Villa Park.
Kickstands up at 10:00 AM sharp.

The rally concludes at The Forge in Lemont, where the Community Faire & Adoption Festival runs from 1:00–5:00 PM.

There are 9 Rally Stops divided into three color groups (Red, Blue, Yellow).
You will choose:

  • One Red Stop
  • One Blue Stop
  • One Yellow Stop

Three stops total. This format keeps the ride flowing smoothly and eliminates bottlenecks.

The rally runs like Texas Hold’em:

  • First card: Same for everyone at check-in
  • Three cards: One sealed card received at each of your selected stops
  • Final card: Same for everyone at the finish line

Do not open envelopes until instructed. Best 5-card hand wins.

The Motorcycle Rescue Rally (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) is strictly alcohol-free.

We do not permit riding under the influence, and rider safety is a top priority.

Alcoholic beverages may be available for purchase after the ride concludes during the Community Faire at The Forge (1:00–5:00 PM). Riders are expected to complete all riding activities before consuming alcohol.

Please ride responsibly.

  • $25 – Single Rider
  • $40 – Rider + Ride-Along

Registration includes:

  • Event T-shirt
  • Swag bag
  • Rally materials
  • Poker competition entry

Optional upgrade available for Forge Park activities.

Fundraising is strongly encouraged but not required.
Riders are invited to create a peer-to-peer fundraising page to support shelter animals.

All rider fundraising is pooled and distributed among participating rescues and shelters.

πŸ“ Rally Stops

A Rally Stop is one of the official checkpoints riders visit during the rally. Riders receive a sealed playing card envelope at your location.

No. Rally Stops are FREE.

Rally Stops must provide:

  • 100 promotional items, coupons, or branded giveaways

These are included in rider swag bags or distributed at your location.

We provide volunteers on-site to assist with rider flow and envelope distribution.

Not required, but encouraged. A simple engagement (photo op, spin wheel, etc.) enhances rider experience and visibility.

🐾 Rescues & Shelters

  • $50 for rescues/shelters and nonprofits
    (Vendor booths are $100.)

Reduced or waived registration may be available if sponsorship funding allows.
Please reach out for more information.

No. Each rescue/shelter:

  • Sets its own adoption policies
  • Sets its own adoption fees
  • Handles applications and approvals independently

You may conduct same-day adoptions or require follow-up processing based on your policies.

We will provide a simple post-event follow-up form where rescues can report:

  • Animals adopted on-site
  • Animals adopted after the event as a direct result of event exposure

Our goal is 100 adoption placements connected to this event.

  • Rescues receive $5 per rider who designates them at registration.
  • All rider-raised funds are pooled and distributed among participating rescues.
  • Rescues that promote merchandise sales receive a share of pooled T-shirt proceeds.
