🏍️ Become a Rally Stop

Kitties, Canines & Cruisers – May 31, 2026

Drive traffic. Gain exposure. Support animal welfare.

πŸ“ What is a Rally Stop?

A Rally Stop is one of nine official checkpoints along our Motorcycle Rescue Rally route.

Riders begin at Chicago Harley-Davidson in Villa Park and choose three stops to visit (one Red, one Blue, one Yellow) before finishing at The Forge in Lemont.

At each stop, riders:

  • Participate in a quick, optional engagement activity (if you choose to host one)

  • Receive a sealed envelope containing a playing card

  • Continue on their route

Stops are spread out geographically to create a smooth, fun, choose-your-own-adventure experience and avoid bottlenecks.

You are part of the ride β€” not just a sponsor on paper.

🌟 Benefits of Being a Rally Stop

βœ”οΈ FREE participation
βœ”οΈ Direct traffic from registered motorcycle riders
βœ”οΈ Business exposure in event marketing and rider communications
βœ”οΈ Inclusion on official Rally Stop Map
βœ”οΈ Brand visibility to a pet-loving, motorcycle-friendly audience
βœ”οΈ Opportunity to convert riders into long-term customers

This is a unique way to:

  • Introduce your business to new customers

  • Drive same-day foot traffic

  • Build goodwill within the community

  • Align your brand with a high-impact animal welfare event

We will also provide volunteers on-site to assist with:

  • Rider flow

  • Engagement

  • Envelope distribution

You are not responsible for managing the rally mechanics.

πŸ“¦ Rally Stop Requirements

Participation is FREE, but we do require one simple contribution:

🎁 Provide a branded item, coupon, sample, or promotional material
Quantity: 100 items

These items will be placed in rider swag bags or distributed at your location.

Examples include:

  • Coupons or discount cards

  • Stickers

  • Branded merchandise (pens, koozies, etc.)

  • Product samples

  • Pet treats

  • Promotional offers

This creates added value for riders while giving your business extended exposure beyond the day of the event.

Optional (but encouraged):

  • Create a simple engagement activity (photo op, spin wheel, trivia question, etc.) to enhance rider experience.

πŸ—ΊοΈ Location Considerations

We are building a geographically balanced rally route.

If you have multiple locations, more than one site may qualify as a stop β€” provided they are appropriately spaced.

🀝 Want to Participate?

If you have a physical storefront and want to:

  • Drive rider traffic
  • Gain exposure
  • Support a large-scale rescue adoption initiative

We would love to connect.
