Motorcycle Rescue Rally
📍 Chicago Harley-Davidson – Villa Park
🕘 9:00–10:00 AM Registration & Check-In
🏁 10:00 AM Rally Take-Off
Riders will travel to designated Rally Stops before heading to the finale.
🐶 Adoption & Community Festival
📍 The Forge – Lemont
🕐 1:00–5:00 PM
The rally concludes with a large public festival featuring:
Multiple rescue organizations
A goal of 100 adoptions

Vendor Booth Fee: $100
(Note: Rescue/Shelter and registered Non-Profit booth space is $50.)
Vendor fees help offset infrastructure costs and ensure a professionally organized event.

Participating vendors can be included in our Vendor Passport Program, which encourages attendees to visit booths for stamps/punches to qualify for raffle prizes.
This increases:

📍 Optional: Become a FREE Rally Stop
If your business has a physical location within the area, you may also participate as a Rescue Rally Stop.
This option is:

✅ Promoted on the rally route map
✅ Brings riders directly to your location
We simply ask that Rally Stops provide something of value for rider swag bags (quantity approx. 100), such as:
Coupons
Branded giveaways
Stickers
Product samples
This is excellent promotional exposure and encourages post-event traffic.
